Research interests: Strategy - Strategic implementation and policy and procedure decision making. Strategic Decision Making as a means of competitive advantage, specifically at the Operational level of management.
Organizational Behavior - Individual and Organizational Decision-Making focusing on Naturalistic Decision Making and the prescriptive and descriptive analyses in different managerial environments.
Leadership - How leaders make decisions and factors that influences decisions at the strategic level. The effects of Leadership of Interpersonal and Interorganizational Trust and Emotions.
Emotions - Understanding the nature, role, and consequences of emotions and the roles that they play in employee and managerial decision making, groups and teams, and customer service. Utilizing emotions to build competitive advantage.
